FULL-APPLICATION:

If we're going to be able to organise work for you, we need quite a bit of information. And the quicker we have everything we need, the quicker you'll be working. But we guarantee that we won't ask you for anything we don't need and therefore waste your time! We know from tests that you definitely can complete our form within 15 minutes. And we promise that when you turn up for interview you won't be asked to repeat anything. So PLEASE answer all of these questions if you can. Don't worry if you have a problem with anything because the form will still be accepted even if you miss an answer. And if there isn't enough space (like for you're your addresses during the last 5 years) just put in what you can and a note to explain.

 

EMERGENCY FAST-TRACK:

If you would prefer to get us to contact you, and haven't got time right now to fill in a form, then email us using this link - TeacherEnquiries@itper.com - and attach a CV if you wish. We'll contact you very quickly. But please realise that CVs never have all the information we need and our form will have to be completed anyway at some point! And so, paradoxically, the quickest way to get you into work probably means filling in the form anyway!

 

PROFESSIONAL ANSWERABILITY - YOURS and OURS:

You may be asked to prove any or all responses to be true. Because of specific exclusions for educational staff under the Rehabilitation of Offenders legislation, you are legally obliged to answer honestly - even to questions regarding spent convictions. Any misleading or untrue responses can lead to criminal prosecution. We always err on the side of safety with any process, and our policy is to put child safety and public interest before profit on every occasion.

 

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT:

Check the entries before you press 'SUBMIT'. You will automatically receive a confirmation by email which carries a copy of the completed form for your own records. You will be asked to sign and date our own copy when you attend for interview. After submitting the form you will be given the option to send us a CV too, in either Word or PDF format. Once your application has been approved, we'll contact you with a password and ID to enable you to access the password-protected area of the site.
